Interview with “Chef of the Year 2014”
Tanja Grandits has been named “Chef of the Year 2014”. Grandits, in charge of Restaurant Bruderholz in Basel, is the first woman who has received this accolade by restaurant guide Gault Millau Schweiz. Unlike previous years when multiple chefs received this award in the same year, Grandits does not have to share it. The Basel Journal interviewed the congenial top chef in one of its issues last year.
